1. Acceptance

By using Fullcoin Social Signal Monitor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

The service helps users collect and analyze public social media content and account data explicitly authorized by the user through official platform APIs where available.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for using the service lawfully, respecting platform terms, and ensuring that you have the right to request, connect, analyze, or export any data submitted to or retrieved by the service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to collect private content without authorization, bypass technical restrictions, harvest credentials, sell raw platform data, create unauthorized bulk datasets, spam, stalk, harass, discriminate, or violate any platform terms or applicable law.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The service may connect to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Reddit, Bluesky, Mastodon, Meta products, TikTok, X, or LinkedIn. Those platforms are not controlled by Fullcoin, and your use of their data and APIs is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. API Access and Rate Limits

You agree not to use the service in a way that circumvents platform rate limits, access controls, privacy settings, or security controls. We may suspend or limit access if usage creates risk for the service, users, or third-party platforms.

7. User Content and Data

You retain rights to content and account data you provide or authorize. You grant Fullcoin a limited right to process that data only to operate the service, provide requested analysis, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

8. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of third-party data, availability of third-party APIs, or suitability for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fullcoin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe use of the service violates these terms, platform rules, law, or security requirements.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
